The Central States Board of Governors Votes to Delay the Upcoming Board Election Cycle

After much deliberation, discussion, and consultation, the CSNS Board of Governors has voted to delay the upcoming Board election in the face of ongoing challenges and issues facing the organization brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. The current board will remain in office and the normal election process will resume in 2023 with a call for nominations. During the discussion to delay the election process, the Board voted to add a provision to the CSNS bylaws allowing future Board’s the ability to delay an election in the event of pandemics, disasters and/or other Acts of God.

Questions regarding these changes can be addressed to the Board at the CSNS Membership meeting which will be held on August 13th at the ANA World’s Fair of Money. The meeting will be live-streamed for those unable to attend in person.
